Home Care RN for weekend Team lead position for Mercy Home Health working 8:00 am - 4:30 pm, 1-2 weekends monthly and holidays.
Mercy Home Health (a member of Trinity Health at Home) has an immediate opening for a Weekend Team Lead (RN Care Facilitator). This is a non-benefitted position without guarantee of hours.
The Weekend Team Lead (RN Care Facilitator) is responsible for triage of Home Care patient needs and Branch Office operations during Weekend hours. Emergency calls are assessed as needed.
Requirements: Current RN License, CPR certification and excellent clinical skills.
