When you use a third-party sign-in option, we receive your name, email address, and profile picture from your identity-provider account to create and secure your profile. We do not access anything else in that account and never post on your behalf.

Job applications: Most Apply links send you to an employer or its applicant tracking system. Information you submit there is governed by that party's privacy policy. Remote Source does not send your profile or resume merely because you click an external Apply link.
Service providers: We may share information with trusted service providers who assist us in operating our platform
AI processing: When you use AI-powered features such as Smart Match, your resume is analyzed by a SOC 2-compliant third-party AI provider. This provider processes your data solely to perform the requested analysis on our behalf, does not retain your data after processing, and does not use it to train AI models.
Legal requirements: We may disclose information when required by law or to protect our rights
Business transfers: Information may be transferred in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure.
