OWN THE CREATIVE ENGINE

Creative is our biggest driver of growth. Our goal isn't more ads, it's consistently better ones.

Develop ad concepts from customer insights and performance data
Write hooks, scripts, and creative briefs
Recruit, brief, and manage UGC creators
Review footage and give performance feedback
Work with editors to polish ads
Build repeatable production processes

LEARN THE BUSINESS

As you grow, you'll gradually take ownership across:

Meta advertising
Shopify merchandising
Landing page optimization
Klaviyo email marketing
Product launches
Analytics and reporting
AI-powered marketing workflows

TURN INSIGHTS INTO ACTION

Great marketing starts with understanding customers. You'll regularly:

Read reviews and analyze feedback
Study competitors
Identify buying motivations and objections
Turn insight into stronger creative
