    You will drive organizational readiness and user adoption of SAP. The role bridges technical implementations and people enablement, ensuring stakeholders successfully transition from current state process to future-state SAP solutions.
    Purpose:
    Owns enterprise change enablement and balances people adoption to drive business readiness, data integrity, and stable cutovers.
    Responsibilities
  1. Organizational Readiness
  2. o Stakeholder and impact assessments across SAP workstreams (Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Record-to-Report, Plan-to-Produce)
  3. o Change strategy, communications, and role-based training for end users, super users, and leaders
  4. o Adoption KPIs (utilization, proficiency), readiness dashboards, resistance management, sponsor engagement
  5. o Cutover/Hypercare enablement, reinforcement plans, and continuous improvement loops
  6. Stakeholder Engagement
  7. o Build and maintain stakeholder hierarchy maps and RACI matrices
  8. o Conduct impact assessments across process areas
  9. o Lead change champion networks and super-user programs
  10. o Provide executive communications and regular reporting dashboards
  11. Training Enablement
  12. o Develop role-based training strategies and learning paths
  13. o Coordinate with functional leads of training content and development
  14. o Oversee training delivery
  15. o Establish post-go live support
  16. Post-go-Live Value Realization
  17. o Monitor adoption metrics and KPIs
  18. o Identify process optimization opportunities
  19. o Support Hypercare and sustaining engineering activities
  20. o Facilitate lesson learned and continuous improvement
  21. Must have
  22. Minimum 10 years of relevant experience
  23. SAP domain fluency: modules (MM, SD, FI/CO, PP), cross-functional flows, configuration vs. customization awareness
  24. Experience with SAP 4/HANA implementation methodologies
  25. Familiarity with SAP Cloud ALM, BTP and modern SAP toolsets
  26. Knowledge of integration points (EDI, CPI and middleware solutions)
  27. Document Governance: RACI, version control, process repository hygiene, compliance and risk management
  28. Collaboration: strong facilitation across IT, Operations, Finance, Supply Chain, and external SI/partners
