The Senior Designer is a high-level individual contributor responsible for elevating design excellence and executing high-impact creative across the HCM portfolio of brands and communities. This role focuses on the end-to-end design process—from initial concepting to final production—ensuring every asset reflects and evolves our brand voice across digital, social, web platforms and experiential. Execution & Craft
- Campaign Creative: Conceptualize and design multi-channel advertising and marketing campaigns for our diverse range of clients, ensuring high-impact visual storytelling.
- Content Production: Produce high-quality graphics, motion assets, and creative content tailored for social, editorial, and newsletter channels.
- In-House Identities: Support the internal HCM brands and Communities by fulfilling branding and communication design needs across the organization.
- Brand Evolution: Apply and iterate on existing design systems, ensuring a cohesive visual language across digital, social, and experiential verticals.
- Digital Mastery: Design responsive web elements and digital marketing assets that balance aesthetic beauty with functional performance.
- Technical Innovation: Proactively identify, research, and implement relevant design trends and emerging technologies to improve production efficiency and creative impact.
Collaboration & Workflow
- Company-Wide Partnership: Collaborate directly with stakeholders across the entire company—including Account Managers, Editors, Community, and Sales leads—to translate business goals into compelling visual stories.
- Creative Partnership: Actively participate in creative brainstorms and peer reviews, offering constructive feedback and technical insights to elevate the team’s collective output.
- Deliverable Management: Leverage Asana to manage daily tasks and project timelines, ensuring high-quality output that aligns with team deadlines.
- Process Contribution: Assist in maintaining design systems and brand guidelines to ensure consistency and efficiency across all brand touchpoints.
