Logistics and Data Systems Analyst

Job Summary:

We seek a detail-oriented and creative individual who is self-driven and excels in team collaboration. The ideal candidate should possess a blend of commercial acumen, accounting and administrative skills, along with proficiency in Information Technology. A strong background in Right Angle software is essential, along with a proven ability to automate data processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy within our operations. This position will report to the Business Manager in the Terminals business unit.

Job Description:

• Support the development and implementation of automated data processes to enhance accounting functions and minimize manual entries
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data requirements and create effective reporting solutions
• Prepare and analyze position reports including daily inventory reconciliations
• Troubleshoot issues related to Right Angle and data automation tools
• Collaborate with Blending Originator to coordinate physical butane deliveries
• Support team members on contract administration including matters related to supply and blend margin
• Manage and maintain positions and schedules in Right Angle, ensuring precision
• Liaison with suppliers, customers, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations
• Address issues that arise in the supply chain, such as disruptions to operations and delays

Additional Job Description:

• Demonstrated experience with Right Angle software and financial data automation
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Microsoft Excel, SQL, Power BI)
• Strong problem-solving abilities and keen attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills and the capability to work collaboratively within a team environment
• Bachelor's Degree Accounting, Management Information Systems, Finance, or a related field.

Pay Range:

$77,400.00 - $116,200.00

The pay range for this position is outlined above. The final amount offered at the start of employment is determined based on factors including, but not limited to, experience level, knowledge, skills, abilities and geographic location, and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance and market factors.
