LiveX is a Google and NVIDIA ISV building AI-powered holographic displays for stadiums, retail, hotels, airports, and enterprises. The BDR drives top-of-funnel pipeline for the enterprise sales motion. Pure outbound: first point of contact for prospects, works curated target account lists, books meetings for the Head of GTM and senior sales team. The phone is the highest-converting channel, so the role requires enjoying cold calling. Strong performance leads to an AE or sales management path.
Outbound Prospecting
Work curated target account lists (stadiums and sports venues, retail brands, hotels, airports, automotive, large events).
Research event leaders, marketing executives, innovation leads, and operations decision-makers at each account.
Run personalized multi-channel outreach across email, LinkedIn, and phone.
Book qualified discovery meetings for the Head of GTM and senior AEs with clean handoff notes.
Lead Enrichment and List Expansion
Add contacts at existing accounts (events leaders, CMOs, heads of fan/guest experience).
Pull exhibitor and attendee lists from conferences (Google Cloud Next, NRF, HITEC, sports business conferences).
Report which titles, verticals, and messaging convert.
Pipeline Hygiene and CRM Discipline
Log every meaningful interaction in HubSpot; keep deal stages and lead statuses current; close lost after 4–5 unanswered follow-ups with a note.
Maintain clean contact records, accurate next steps, visible task queues; update sequences and track reply rates.
Event and Field Support
Attend trade shows and events to capture leads, scan badges, schedule on-site demos; follow up on event leads within 24 hours.
Passion for outbound, especially cold calling; persistence (most enterprise deals close after the 6th–8th touch).
Real-time CRM updates; proactive communication; ownership of weekly activity, conversion, and pipeline metrics.
Balance manual list grinding with automated sequences/enrichment; bias toward action.
2–3 years of BDR/SDR experience, ideally in B2B SaaS, hardware, or enterprise sales.
Demonstrated outbound experience (cold calling, cold emailing, building pipeline), not only inbound qualification.
Track record of meeting or exceeding quota (meetings booked, opportunities created, pipeline generated).
Clear, confident written and verbal communication, including with senior executives.
Resilience and high energy; desire to grow toward AE or sales management.
Curiosity about the product (holograms, AI, enterprise use cases).
Tools: HubSpot (required; Salesforce acceptable); Apollo, ZoomInfo, Sales Navigator, Lusha, Clay; Outreach, Salesloft, Smartlead, Instantly; Gmail, Slack, LinkedIn, Loom; Google Sheets/Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP); Calendly, Chili Piper, HubSpot Meetings.
AI tools for prospecting and personalization (Clay, ChatGPT, Claude, custom GPTs).
List pulling via web scraping or basic automation.
Competitive base salary plus uncapped commission on meetings booked and pipeline generated (no range listed).
Equity; health, dental, and vision; direct mentorship from the Head of GTM and senior sales team; path to AE or sales management.
Palo Alto office most days; some travel for trade shows and customer events.
