We are looking for a Customer Service Representative who can work with our clients and our Success and Sales Teams to help advance our vision of changing the future of audit, financial reporting, and data analytics in the North American market.

❗The role is completely remote and is available to all applicants residing and eligible to work in Canada.

❗This is a full-time, permanent position.

What you will be doing:

Respond to inbound, client-related inquiries about CaseWare International’s offerings, including providing product overviews, licensing information, pricing, order processing, and more.
Build rapport quickly to nurture relationships with clients and potential clients.
Become a product expert.
Use a customer relationship management (CRM) tool, Microsoft Dynamics, to track activities and opportunities.
Perform other ad hoc activities as required.

What you will bring:

Post-secondary education

French is a strong asset

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Aspirations to grow professionally in the Customer Service, Success, and Sales environment

Team player with a “roll up your sleeves” attitude toward getting work done

Organizational skills to keep contacts and prospects organized

Two years of customer service experience in the software sector or a similar role is considered an asset

An understanding of, or experience working in, the accounting or financial audit industry is considered an asset.

Salary Range

The annual base salary for this position is between $50,000 CAD and $60,000 CAD per year.

This role is also eligible for discretionary bonus and/or commission, as well as other benefits. Actual pay within the listed range will be determined based on factors such as transferable skills, relevant experience, market conditions, and primary work location. The posted range is subject to change and may be updated periodically.
