    Job Description:

     

    This temporary Senior Manager, Integrations role will serve in a strategic advisory capacity to the Integrations Team, with a primary focus on supporting Year-End (YE) activities, particularly in the context of the firm’s transition to Workday.

    Rather than hands-on development, this role will provide expert guidance, continuity, and risk mitigation, leveraging prior institutional knowledge of integration processes, architecture, and YE workflows. The individual will act as a trusted advisor to ensure successful planning, coordination, and execution of critical YE integration activities.

    Responsibilities

    Advisory Support for Year-End Integration Activities

    • Provide subject matter expertise and advisory support for YE integration planning and execution
    • Guide the team through complex integration scenarios related to Workday and other enterprise systems
    • Ensure continuity of knowledge transfer and alignment with prior YE processes and integration design decisions
    • Identify risks and recommend mitigation strategies to ensure successful YE delivery

    Stakeholder Collaboration & Team Enablement

    • Participate in key meetings with business and technology stakeholders
    • Provide guidance to integration developers, architects, and project teams
    • Assist in clarifying requirements and validating proposed solutions

    Integration Strategy & Best Practices Guidance

    • Advise on integration architecture, standards, and best practices aligned with the firm’s strategy
    • Provide input into integration design decisions, particularly for complex or high-risk scenarios
    • Support refinement of integration frameworks and governance approaches

    Issue Resolution & Risk Management

    • Support troubleshooting of complex integration issues and escalations
    • Provide recommendations for resolving defects, performance concerns, or process gaps
    • Help maintain momentum across critical workstreams impacted by resource gaps

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s Degree
    • Boomi Certifications preferred. 
    • Six to Eight (6-8) years of data integration experience of which Five plus (5+) of Boomi experience preferred.
    • Prior experience supporting Year-End processes and enterprise system transitions (e.g., Workday) strongly preferred
    • Experience integrating with Workday, Salesforce and SQL Server.
    • Experience integrating with SOAP, REST, webhooks.
    • Knowledge of Java, Powershell, SSIS Packages and C# / VB.Net Console Apps preferred.
    • Knowledge of Data formats (XML, JSON, CSV)
    • Experience with Boomi integrations and other Boomi services.
    • Strong understanding and preferably experience in Boomi Data Hub
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.

    The pay rate range for this job position is $25.00 to $84.00. Actual compensation is influenced by a variety of relevant factors including but not limited to applicant’s skills, prior experience, qualifications, degrees, professional certifications, work arrangements and geographic location.
