The Product Manager Store Experience Innovation will be responsible for supporting the strategy and execution of in-store systems that make every customer interaction smooth and every employee's day better. This role focuses on our Point of Sale (POS) system and other business-critical technologies, such as AI that power our stores across the U.S. and Latin America.  This role is the bridge between big-picture vision and day-to-day reality, turning operational challenges into innovative solutions that set new standards for speed, simplicity, and satisfaction.

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
    •    Product Strategy & Vision - Collaborate to define and execute the roadmap for store technology systems
    •    Stakeholder Collaboration - Partner across teams such as Operations, IT, Legal/Compliance, Asset Protection, Store teams, and more.
    •    Requirements Management - Translate business needs into clear, actionable specifications
    •    Change Management - Lead smooth deployments that feel like welcome upgrades
    •    Performance Optimization - Use data to drive improvements in store efficiency and customer satisfaction
    •    Deliver what matters - Take ownership of the existing POS and in-store systems roadmap, driving iterative releases that improve speed, simplicity, and satisfaction for our teams and customers.
    •    Keep the roadmap fresh and exciting - Prioritize features that supercharge store efficiency, delight users, and tap into new tech like AI-powered product recognition, generative tools, predictive insights, smarter customer service, and intelligent inventory management.
    •    Bring people together - Collaborate with store operations, IT, compliance, and design to turn big ideas into detailed, actionable requirements.
    •    Simplify the Complex - Craft crystal-clear user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria that ensure dev teams deliver exactly what’s needed.
    •    Partner with UX/UI designers - Partner with UX/UI pros to create experiences that store staff actually love using.
    •    Listen, measure, improve - Track feature adoption, collect feedback, and use store performance data to fine-tune our tools.
    •    Champion smooth rollouts – Guide deployments and change management in a way that feels more like a welcome upgrade than a disruption.
    •    Keep it secure – Work with Legal, Compliance, and Asset Protection teams to ensure every feature meets the highest standards for security, privacy, and compliance.
    •    Think global, act local – Coordinate with teams across the U.S., Mexico, and Guatemala to keep everyone aligned and excited about what’s next.
