    The Tech Compliance team at Binance, primarily composed of skilled software engineers, plays a crucial role in ensuring that our technological operations meet all regulatory standards.     We are seeking an experienced Backend Engineer to design and develop scalable, reliable solutions addressing compliance challenges. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in microservices architecture, hands-on experience with technologies like Spring Cloud and Kafka, and a commitment to high-quality, maintainable code. Experience with compliance systems and familiarity with the cryptocurrency industry are a plus.
    Responsibilities
  1. Development and implementation of the core products
  2. Communicate effectively with product managers, designing and implementing product features to support the system
  3. Performance tuning, online incidents troubleshooting, and system refactoring
  4. Write high-quality, clean, and maintainable code using engineering best practices
  5. Identify, log and resolve compliance issues
  6. Collaborating with other departments on particular projects and special compliance projects as necessary
    7. Minimum Qualifications
  7. Bachelor's/Master's degree in computer science, engineering, or equivalent industry experience.
  8. Proficient in core java, and familiar with spring framework
  9. Proficient in MySQL, and familiar with at least one NoSQL DB
  10. Proficient in distributed system design, and familiar with at least one messaging middleware and the underlying design principles
  11. Capable to cope with stress, and quickly learn new knowledge.
  12. Good cross-team communication skills
    13. Preferred Qualification
  13. Proficient in spring cloud and microservice design
  14. Related domain experience in the Fin-Tech industry
  15. Experience or interest in developing backends, APIs, libraries, and SDKs
  16. Performance tuning experience on JVM, SQL, RPC, etc.
  17. Global team management experiences
