    We're seeking board certified Nurse Practitioners licensed in New Mexico (multi licensed strongly preferred) with broad clinical expertise and a passion for improving healthcare access and quality. In this role, you'll deliver virtual comprehensive care to patients of all ages across a wide range of conditions, while working closely with our provider and support teams. This is a great opportunity for a clinician with at least 3 years experience in high-volume Urgent Care or Primary Care settings.
    This role requires an active RN compact license and licensure in multiple states. Ideal candidates will hold five or more active state licenses.
    Currently unable to consider candidates residing in the following states: CA, NY, GA, TN, IL, NV, MO, AL, SC, IN, MI, OR, MA, MS, AK, DC, HI
    Schedule Options:

    Modified Full-Time (32 hours/week)

    • Weekly shifts: Includes 8 hours of evening shifts per week.

    • Weekend rotation: Required to work every other weekend (both Saturday & Sunday).

    • Shift types: Features a rotating mix of day and evening hours.

    • 2 holiday shifts required per calendar year

    Responsibilities:
  1. Conduct age-appropriate history and virtual exams

  2. Evaluate, diagnose, and treat a broad range of conditions across the lifespan

  3. Order and interpret diagnostic tests as needed

  4. Develop and document treatment plans in a timely, accurate manner

  5. Manage acute, chronic, and mental health conditions for pediatric and adult patients

  6. Request consultation or referral with other health care providers when appropriate

  7. Counsel and educate patients and families on treatment plans

  8. Maintain current knowledge of clinical best practices and evidence-based care

  9. Provide cross-coverage for tasks such as reviewing lab results

  10. Offer scheduling flexibility, including evenings and weekends

  11. Required Qualifications:
  12. Graduate of an accredited Master’s or Doctoral-level Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) program, with prior graduation from an accredited nursing school.
  13. Active Nurse Practitioner (NP) license with maintained Registered Nurse (RN) licensure, in accordance with state requirements
  14. Current national certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner through AANP or ANCC
  15. Active RN compact license
  16. Active multi-state licensure (5+ licenses preferred)
  17. Minimum 3+ years post-training experience in high-volume Urgent Care or Primary Care settings
  18. Experience providing care to newborns through adult populations
  19. Ability to function within an integrated medical practice
  20. Strong clinical acumen and ability to manage a broad range of conditions
  21. Excellent communication, collaboration, and patient engagement skills
  22. Proficiency with technology and electronic medical records
  23. Maintain active Medicare status - In good standing with Medicare/Medicaid and not excluded from participation in federal health programs
  24. Preferred Qualifications:
  25. Prior telemedicine or video-based virtual care experience
  26. Experience with Athena EMR
