    🚀 About the Role

    Quantum Metric is seeking an experienced Benefits Coordinator to join the People Operations team. In this role, you’ll support the day-to-day administration of our U.S. benefits programs.

    You’ll handle key areas such as benefits enrollment, employee education, and vendor coordination, helping ensure a smooth and consistent experience across all offerings. This role reports to the Senior Manager, Total Rewards and contributes to delivering competitive, compliant, and employee-focused benefits programs.

    The ideal candidate has a foundational understanding of U.S. benefits administration and a strong interest in building a career within Total Rewards.

    What you’ll do

    As the Benefits Coordinator at Quantum Metric, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our Benefits Programs. This role will help develop and administer all of QM’s Benefit packages, including healthcare, dental, vision, wellness programs, and 401(k). You’ll work closely with internal stakeholders, brokers, and vendors to keep programs running effectively and address employee needs.

    🔧 Responsibilities
  1. Support benefit enrollments, life events, and ongoing administration
  2. Maintain benefits data within HRIS and carrier systems
  3. Serve as the main point of contact for new hires and employee benefit questions
  4. Support the coordination and execution of Benefits Open Enrollment
  5. Create and maintain clear employee-facing benefits materials and resources
  6. Audit benefits invoices and ensure accuracy across benefit billing and system data
  7. Partner with brokers and vendors to maintain strong service and resolve escalations
  8. Support wellness initiatives and employee wellbeing programs
  9. Assist with the administration of leave of absence processes
  10. Ensure compliance with US regulations (ERISA, COBRA, ACA, FMLA)
  11. Review programs regularly and recommend improvements based on employee feedback and market trends
  12. 💡 Requirements
  13. Bachelors or equivalent work experience preferred
  14. 1-3 years experience in Human Resources
  15. Familiarity with HRIS systems (Paylocity a plus)
  16. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  17. High attention to detail and accuracy
  18. Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
  19. Comfortable working in a fast paced environment
  20. Strong data management skills; proficiency in Excel is a plus
  21. Compensation: $60,000-70,000 | Bonus eligible
