    Business Process Architect – S/4 HANA 

     

    We are looking for a S/4 HANA Business Process Architect to join our organisation and play a critical role in the implementation and optimization of the S4/HANA platform, focusing on “Analyze to Decide” (A2D) related processes.  

    A2D scope covers product costing, variance analysis, management accounting, and reporting. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement robust process solutions that enhance data accuracy and business decision-making 

    This position is essential to maximizing S/4HANA’s capabilities and embedding industry best practices to optimize, standardize, and harmonize processes across Lonza.

    What you will do: 

    • Responsible to provide in-depth knowledge and expertise in the A2D stream related to Lonza business model archetypes 

    • Collaborate with stakeholders to define process flows, capture user requirements and translate them into best practice S/4HANA  solutions 

    • Implement global standardized and automated Stream related processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and consistency. 

    • Oversee data migration activities, ensuring data integrity and accuracy 

    • Identify continuous improvement opportunities in the process flow  

    • Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting to resolve pre and  post-implementation issues 

     

    What we are looking for: 

     

    • Hands on site controlling experience 

    • SAP end user experience 

    • Use of JIRA, Confluence, Kneat and/or Signavio (desired not critical) 

    • Self-starter with the ability to lead and optimize process improvement 

    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills against a backdrop of ambiguity 

    • Able to set priorities and escalate on a timely basis
