    Key Responsibilities

    • Project Financial Management & Reporting
    Support project financial planning, tracking, forecasting, variance analysis and portfolio financial reporting.

    • Resource Time Tracking & Capacity Support
    Support resource time tracking processes, utilization reporting, and data accuracy audits.

    • PMO Operations & Governance
    Prepare PMO meeting materials, maintain action logs, and support portfolio governance activities.

    • Process Compliance & Audits
    Audit project artifacts and data for PMO compliance and support audit readiness activities.

    • Templates & Continuous Improvement
    Maintain and improve PMO templates, tools, and standards.

    • Smartsheet Administration
    Serve as PMO Smartsheet Administrator, supporting project setup, templates, dashboards, and portfolio reporting.
     

    Required Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience)
    • 2–4 years of experience in IT, PMO, project coordination, or financial analysis roles
    • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
    • Strong accounting and financial management skills
    • Working knowledge of project management methodologies
    • Familiarity with Smartsheet
    • Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Experience supporting a PMO or portfolio management function
    • Experience in regulated environments
    • Smartsheet user or administration experience

Our compensation program includes base salary and a cash-based incentive program supporting our pay-for-performance philosophy.
