As the Senior Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for the development, execution, and optimisation of the marketing strategy for UNLEASH America. You will focus on driving revenue growth through innovative and data-driven marketing, with a strong emphasis on paid social, website, email marketing, and partnerships. You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the success of the event.

Strategy Development and Execution
Develop and implement a comprehensive go-to-market plan for UNLEASH America, ensuring alignment with business goals.
Lead the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns, with a focus on paid social, website, email marketing, and strategic partnerships.
Collaborate w group ith the marketing team to ensure campaigns are creative, effective, and data-driven.
AI & Data-Driven Approach
Utilise data analytics to inform and optimise marketing strategies, focusing on KPIs such as lead generation, attendee acquisition, and revenue growth.
Conduct A/B testing across digital platforms to continually refine marketing strategies.
Monitor performance metrics (CPC, CTR, conversions) to ensure marketing efforts are delivering against targets.
Leverage AI in the execution and deliver of Marketing campaigns across verticals.
Partnership Management
Build and manage external partnerships to amplify event reach and impact.
Develop co-marketing initiatives with partners to expand brand visibility and drive mutual success.
Collaborate closely with the sales and commercial teams to ensure alignment on marketing and business objectives.
Campaign Optimisation
Manage and optimise all digital marketing campaigns to achieve the best results in terms of audience engagement and conversion.

Oversee the creation of high-quality marketing collateral, including email campaigns, social media content, and landing pages.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner with the content, sales, and operations teams to ensure all marketing efforts are aligned with the overall event strategy.
Lead regular cross-team meetings to track marketing progress and adjust tactics based on feedback and results.
Budget Management
Manage and allocate the marketing budget effectively, ensuring the highest ROI from marketing initiatives.
