    You lead a team of field sales representatives to ensure delivery of the sales strategy and achievement of annual KPIs and targets for a particular area.

    How you will contribute

    You will:

    • Manage, develop and motivate the team and work closely with the sales capability team to ensure delivery of training to the team.
    • Create and manage an annual business unit plan to deliver agreed channel revenue KPI’s and targets and provide reporting as required.
    • Manage winning customer business relationships that facilitate “best in industry” execution of our categories.
    • Work closely with key stakeholders including the account team, category, activation team, sales capability and customer finance to provide the optimum return across your area.
    • Fully understand category and insights knowledge, coaching the team in the use of category tools to engage and influence customers to make informed decisions that will grow our categories and deliver our annual plan.

    El KAM será la persona responsable de asegurar los resultados de ventas y distribución en el territorio, así como el desarrollo e implementación del Plan Comercial, temas relacionados a la gestión comercial y negociación con el distribuidor, y finalmente la gestión y formación del equipo de ventas.

    What you need to know about this position:

    • Planificar los objetivos de Volumen, Cobertura, Distribución y asegurar la ejecución del Plan de Shopper Marketing para la cartera de clientes a su cargo.

    • Asegurar que los vendedores y mercaderistas ejecuten los programas y acciones de desarrollo de negocio que están orientados al logro de los objetivos.

    • Ser responsable de todos los KPIs de la cartera de clientes (Cuota de Ventas asignada, Cobertura, Efectividad, MSL, Días Crédito, rentabilidad.)

    • Analizar el mercado y la competencia identificando oportunidades de crecimiento y mejoras en el servicio de ventas y entregas.

    • Optimizar las rutas de venta del área a su cargo.

    • Seguimiento y Control del área logística del Distribuidor

    • Capacitación y monitoreo de los equipos a su cargo.

    • Manejar el reporte del seguimiento diarios de ventas, generar informes críticos para la toma de decisiones

    • Negociaciones con el distribuidor en los volúmenes mensuales de Venta, Compra e Indicadores. Propuesta de proyectos sobre cambios en el Route to Market requeridos, para seguir creciendo.

    • Analizar el rendimiento del actual Distribuidor (P&L) y evaluar potenciales socios que complementen la gestión de ventas.

    • Velar por indicadores logísticos, financieros. Manejo de la cartera (C&C), toma de decisiones, en la medida que se requiera, y buscar adelantarse a riesgos.

    Job specific requirements:

    • Universitario completo en Adm. de Empresas, Ingeniero Industrial o carreras afines.

    • Idioma inglés (Nivel Intermedio)

    • Manejo de Microsoft Office (Dominio), Excel nivel intermedio/avanzado, Power BI a nivel análisis.

    • Mínimo 3 años de experiencia en multinacionales o empresas del medio, en canal tradicional

    • Desarrollada habilidad estratégica. experiencia en negociación con clientes y manejo de equipos

    • Habilidades como orientación a resultados, resolución de problemas, planificación, trabajo bajo presión, y excelente capacidad de toma de decisiones.
