Jitterbit is seeking a results-driven Marketing Specialist to join our International Marketing team. This role is built for a high-achiever who thrives on executing complex projects, hitting lead-generation targets, and managing high-performance campaigns across global markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Campaign & Project Management: Own the end-to-end execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns. You will translate global strategy into regional action, ensuring all deliverables hit strict deadlines and pipeline KPIs.
- Event Management (Online & Offline): Lead the strategy and logistics for trade shows, webinars, and executive roundtables. Focus on high-conversion event planning, lead capture, and immediate sales follow-up.
- Paid Media & Performance Marketing: Execute and optimize paid search and social campaigns, with a heavy focus on Google Ads and LinkedIn. Monitor CPA/CPC and A/B test assets to maximize ROI in English and Portuguese markets.
- Vendor & Partner Management: Direct and negotiate with external agencies, video production houses, and printers. Manage vendors and hold external partners accountable for high-quality, on-time delivery.
- Success Case Creation: Turn customer wins into quantifiable sales tools. Focus on ROI-heavy case studies and testimonials that provide hard evidence for the sales cycle.
