    This position works out of our Upper Egypt. field site. location in the Established Pharmaceuticals division.

    What You’ll Work On:

    • Build up different patient access models to help shaping the procurement environment.
    • Develop & implement KAM strategies, tactics, and frameworks for the assigned Key Accounts in the affiliate.
    • Strengthening Partnership between assigned Sectors' authorities & the Organization Cross-functional work with other Abbott functions & Strategic Key Accounts Stakeholders for co-creation of value for customers, patients & Abbott shaping the Healthcare environment.
    • Ensure materialization, negotiation that achieves sustained access for all eligible patients.
    • Communicate knowledge regarding assigned Key Accounts to the account team to align on the agreed directions & optimal strategy implementation.
    • Achieves patient access goals while meeting all Company’s requirements.
    • Maintains accurate coverage and engagement of the stakeholder /payers in line with Company policy guidelines. 
    • Approach the targeted institutions/reimbursement bodies with the optimal tools & frequency with best-in-class customer service and competitive intelligence.
    • Initial creation and further development of the product-related value story in the life cycle.
    • Continuously monitors the environment to detect and act upon opportunities for improvement. 
    • Ensures drug availability/inclusion within different institutions and different reimbursement bodies. 
    • Addresses proactively issues such as critical local funding threats, formularies, product positioning in integrated care structures, both by assuring the appropriate evidence base and by taking or leading effective actions.
    • Develops action plans aligned with the agreed upon strategies to maximize the product value and deliver competitive advantage in the marketplace. 
    • Ensures proper implementation of related agreed plans.
    • Complete alignment and engagement with the KAS in execution of the field activities for strategic TAs. 
    • Develops and enhances the contact network with complete alignment cross-functionality.
    • Builds sustainable positive relationships with target stakeholders.
    • Maintains clear mapping of Key accounts and identifying insights, needs, and behaviors.
    • Supports the Sales managers & commercial leaders with data and arguments and collaborate with them in working with key local decision makers or –influencers.
    • Budget responsibility for registered products.
    • Building internal capabilities through development programs.
    • Reports Adverse Events and product quality complain.

    Required Qualifications

    Bachelor’s in pharmacy / veterinarian /medical background

    Language:

    • English
    • Arabic
