    Join the Team Modernizing Medicine

At ModMed, we’re not just building software—we’re reimagining the healthcare experience. Founded in 2010 by a practicing physician and a successful tech entrepreneur, we took a radically different approach: we hired doctors and taught them how to code. This "for doctors, by doctors" philosophy has allowed us to create an AI-enabled, specialty-specific cloud platform that places patients at the center of care.

    A Culture of Excellence

When you join ModMed, you’re joining an award-winning team recognized for innovation and employee satisfaction.   From our global headquarters in Boca Raton Florida, and extensive employee base in Hyderabad India, we are a team of 4,500+ passionate problem-solvers on a mission to increase medical practice success and improve patient outcomes:

    • Consistently ranked as a Top Place to Work

    • 2025 Globee Business Awards: Gold Globee for “Technology Team of the Year”

    • 2025 Black Book Awards: Ranked #1 EHR in 11 Specialties

    • Florida Venture Forum: Venture-Backed Company of the Year

We are growing fast, thinking big, and we are just getting started.

Ready to modernize medicine with us?

    Job Description Summary:

As an Enterprise Project Manager, you are the strategic lead for Modernizing Medicine’s most complex, high-value customer implementations. This is a high-visibility role responsible for managing the end-to-end onboarding journey for large-scale healthcare organizations and multi-specialty practices. You will serve as the primary bridge between our internal cross-functional teams and the client’s executive leadership, ensuring that our software solutions are deployed with precision, driving immediate clinical and operational value.

    Role & Responsibilities

    Strategic Implementation & Governance

    • Full-Lifecycle Leadership: Lead the initiation, planning, execution, and closing of enterprise-level implementations, ensuring a seamless transition from Sales handoff to "Go-Live" and ultimate handoff to Support/Customer Success.
    • Complex Orchestration: Manage large-scale project workstreams including technical configuration, data conversion, 3rd-party integrations (interoperability), and specialized clinical workflow training.
    • Governance Framework: Establish and lead project steering committees; facilitate high-stakes meetings with client C-suite (COO, CTO, CIO, CEO) to align on KPIs and success criteria.

    Cross-Functional Collaboration

    • Internal Synergy: Act as the point of contact and bridge across Sales, Product, Engineering, and Training teams to resolve bottlenecks and ensure resource alignment.
    • Process Advocacy: Follow and contribute to the EPMO playbook by identifying systemic gaps and implementing process improvements that reduce "Time-to-Value."

    Risk & Financial Management

    • Advanced Risk Mitigation: Proactively identify and resolve high-impact risks; develop contingency plans for complex data migrations or change-management resistance within client organizations.
    • Scope Control: Rigorously manage project scope and budgets, ensuring high-quality delivery while maintaining the profitability of the professional services engagement.

    Skills & Qualifications:

    • Experience: 5–10+ years of project management experience, with an emphasis on SaaS implementation or Enterprise Professional Services.
    • Healthcare Expertise: Deep understanding of the HealthTech landscape (EHR, PM, RCM) is a significant plus. Familiarity with clinical workflows and regulatory requirements (HIPAA, MIPS/MACRA) is highly valued.
    • Collaboration: Proven ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders without direct authority. You are a diplomat who can navigate complex needs and challenges.
    • Project Rigor: PMP Certification is highly preferred. Mastery of Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid methodologies. Expertise in enterprise PM tools (e.g., Smartsheet, Jira, Salesforce, Cloud Coach).
    • Education: Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree or equivalent experience in Business or Healthcare Administration preferred.
    • Communication: Elite verbal and written communication skills; ability to distill complex technical hurdles into clear, actionable updates for executive leadership.
