    Drives regional growth through strategic acquisition of new customer accounts. Applies advanced knowledge of products, market trends, and client needs to develop innovative solutions. This role focuses on integrated product sales, specifically the RentPlus Product.

    Duties/Responsibilities
  1. Lead the identification, engagement, and acquisition of prospective customers within the region.

  2. Develop and implement strategic account plans that address customer challenges and align with company objectives.

  3. Negotiate complex agreements and partnerships, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and policies.

  4. Mentor and guide sales team members, providing direction on account management, strategy, and business development.

  5. Collaborate with multiple departments to ensure seamless client experience and optimize revenue opportunities.

  6. Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory changes to inform regional sales strategies.

  7. Essential Functions
  8. Lead regional account initiatives to achieve significant revenue growth.

  9. Conduct high-level client presentations, negotiations, and strategy sessions independently.

  10. Guide and support team members in executing account strategies and achieving performance targets.

  11. Analyze regional performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and drive strategic initiatives.

  12. Travels domestically for client meetings, industry events, and company gatherings as required to maintain business relationships and achieve objectives.

  13. Ability to prioritize tasks effectively by meeting deadlines and managing workload efficiently.

  16. Minimum Qualifications/Skills
  17. Proven success in enterprise technology or software sales (SaaS, PaaS, etc.) with measurable results.

  18. Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to manage complex client relationships.

  19. Demonstrated leadership skills, including mentoring and guiding less experienced team members.

  20. Excellent communication and influence skills with the ability to align diverse stakeholders around business objectives.

  21. Ability to work independently while leading cross-functional initiatives.

  22. Education and Experience Requirements
  23. Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.

  24. Minimum of 8 years of experience in technology or software sales, preferably in the multifamily housing industry.

  25. Consistent track record of exceeding sales targets and driving strategic account growth.

  26. Experience developing and executing regional or departmental sales strategies.
