     We are looking for a Client Engagement Specialist, Key Account. This is a great opportunity to join the Otis Americas key accounts team and support one of our largest accounts.

    The Client Engagement Specialist is responsible being the key liaison between internal teams and customers for end-to-end billing accuracy, dispute resolution, compliance support, and customer financial relationship management across assigned portfolios, with primary focus on work order and web billing customers. This role is critical to maintaining billing integrity, customer trust and satisfaction through transparent communications, and financial accuracy with our National Key Account customers.

    On a typical day you will:

    • Track and follow up on work orders and web billing items to ensure timely process flow, invoicing, and payment.
    • Produce and maintain full accounts receivable work order reports per portfolio including both billable and non-billable work orders.
    • Maintain full ownership of account onboarding and transitions, ensuring seamless handoffs and continuity.
    • Own end-to-end dispute management processes including creation, tracking, investigation, and resolution while ensuring timely communication and closure.
    • Manage invoice audits to ensure billing accuracy and compliance, including billing corrections, credits, re-bills, and write-off management in alignment with company policy and approvals.
    • Maintain SLA tracking and assist with compliance portals to ensure contractual adherence.
    • Lead and participate in customer recurring meeting and reports, providing financial insights and status updates.
    • Act as a trusted point of contact for billing-related inquiries and escalations and partner with internal stakeholders to resolve discrepancies efficiently and accurately.
    • Identify trends, risks, and opportunities for process improvement.
    • This is a flexible, agile position where responsibilities may adapt outside the scope of listed duties

    What you will need to be successful

    • Bachelor’s Degree, with preference given to Finance, Accounting, Business, Sales, or related disciplines.
    • Experience in billing, invoicing, accounts receivable, or financial operations.
    • Proven ability to manage invoice disputes and audits with accuracy.
    • Experience with customer portal billing systems and reporting tools.
    • Ability to interpret hourly billing rate variations including when standard hours are covered under contract versus premium, after-hours, or overtime rates.
    • Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities.
    • Excellent communication skills for customer-facing meetings and reporting.
