Principal Technical Specialist

営業担当と一緒にお客様の元に出向き、技術面から売り上げのサポートをします。

■ポジションの概要

TS（Technical Specialist）は、ポールとお客様との技術的な架け橋となるポジションです。お客様の声をよりよい製品づくりに反映させることが可能です。ご存じのとおり、半導体業界はグローバルなサプライチェーンで結ばれています。TSもグローバルな組織の一員ですので、世界各国のTSと情報交換しながら仕事を進めていくことができます。また仕事を通して、半導体業界社内外でグローバルなソーシャルネットワークを構築していくことも可能です。

半導体業界においてフィルターは、お客様の製品品質や歩留まりを左右すると言って過言ではありません。そんなフィルタービジネスを通じて、半導体業界の進歩を支え、AIをはじめとする我々の住む社会を便利で豊かなものにしていこうではありませんか！

■具体的な業務内容および特徴

営業と一緒にお客様を訪問し、以下のことをするのが主な業務となります。

－試作品のフィールド評価結果のヒアリングをし、R&Dにフィードバック

ーろ過・分離・精製に関するニーズのヒアリングをし、MKGにフィードバック

－使用中のフィルター製品に関する技術的苦情を聞き、原因究明（不良品解析）を主導し、QAにフィードバック

－お客様からのフィルターに関する分析依頼を受け取り、試験計画、結果考察、報告書作成、お客様への報告
また、お客様が抱えるろ過・分離・精製に関する問題をグローバルTS間で共有、真因を追求し、解決をリードします。

■求める経験・スキル

化学系学部卒以上（ウェハー上のディフェクトの原因究明に化学的な知見が必要です）

関係者と円滑なコミュニケーションができる方

日本語がネイティブレベル、英語でコミュニケーションができる方
