    The Impact You’ll Make in this Role

    We are seeking a results-driven Sales Manager to oversee the Yunnan, Guizhou, Chongqing, and Hubei regional sales operations, based in Chongqing. The incumbent will lead a high-performing sales team to achieve revenue targets, drive business growth, and strengthen the company’s market presence across the four regions. This role requires strategic thinking, strong leadership, and cross-departmental collaboration to execute sales initiatives and deliver exceptional customer value.

    As a sales manager, you need to lead the team, achieve goals, and grow the business, as detailed below:

    ----Team Leadership and Development: Leading, motivating, coaching, and developing the sales team to achieve goals

    ---Strategy and Planning: Effectively developing and implementing the company's related sales strategies, plans, and budgets

    ---Goal Setting and Performance Management: Set sales targets, track performance metrics, and analyze data to drive improvement

    ---Customer and Market Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, and identify new market opportunities

    ---Forecasting and Reporting: Sales forecasts and reports prepared for senior company management

    ---Cross-department Collaboration: Work closely with multiple company departments, including Marketing, Channel, and Procurement teams

    Your Skills and Expertise:

    ---Bachelor’s Degree or higher AND;                                           

    ---Have experience in the pharmaceutical work

    ---Management experience preferred;

    Work location: Chongqing

    Travel: May include up to 30% domestic

    Relocation Assistance: May be authorized
