About the Role
MWI Animal Health is looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our UK team and help shape the future of our digital product portfolio. This is an individual contributor role with ownership across key MWI products
Working at the intersection of customer needs, business priorities, and technology delivery, you will lead product discovery, define user-centric solutions, and partner closely with engineering to bring new capabilities and enhancements to market. You will play an important role in shaping product direction, managing multiple workstreams, and ensuring that our products deliver value to veterinary customers and the wider business.
This is a remote-based role in the UK with travel typically required at least once per month, including quarterly team meetings, practice visits, trade shows, and other business activities.
Key Responsibilities
Act as product lead across core products and integrations within the MWI portfolio
Build strong relationships with customers to understand their needs, challenges, and workflows in practice
Lead product discovery to create user-centric solutions and define product experience
Translate customer and market insight into clear product requirements, epics, and backlog priorities
Work closely with software engineering teams and an Engineering Lead to deliver future development, product enhancements, and technical remediation
Manage the product backlog to ensure a consistent flow of well-defined requirements into engineering squads
Define and maintain clear standards for readiness and completion across the product pipeline
Build business cases aligned to business goals, with clear measures of success
Support delivery of minimum viable products with a clear go-to-market proposition
Partner with internal stakeholders across engineering, customer product consulting, data, technical support, commercial, and senior leadership teams
Manage relationships with third-party technology partners where required
Support launch readiness, product adoption, and customer advocacy
Track the performance of new capabilities and use insights to inform future decisions
Run product retrospectives, demos, and show-and-tells
Contribute to the continuous improvement of product management ways of working
Conduct market scanning, research, and insight reporting

Skills and Experience
We are looking for a product professional who brings strong experience in SaaS and technology-led environments, along with the confidence to work across discovery, delivery, and strategic product direction.
Essential
Previous experience in a Product Manager or Senior Product Manager role
Strong SaaS product experience
Experience working in a technology delivery environment
Proven experience working closely with software engineering teams
Strong product discovery skills, with the ability to turn customer insight into actionable product plans
Experience managing multiple parallel workstreams
Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with senior leaders, technical teams, customers, and commercial partners
Experience with AI tooling such as Cursor, Figma Make, Lovable, or similar
Understanding of user experience, product design, and business analysis
Experience in backlog management, prioritisation, and MVP delivery
Desirable
Experience in Animal Health, Human Health, or another relevant regulated or customer-centric sector
Experience with both B2B and B2C digital products
Experience with third-party technology partners and integrations
Experience in commercial modelling
