    Position Overview:

Autodesk is seeking a strategic, results-oriented leader to build and scale the Partner
Solutions team within our emerging product lines. This role is pivotal in expanding new
and acquired solutions through our partner ecosystem, driving net-new business, sales
growth, and market development for Autodesk’s latest product offerings.

As Director, Emerging Business Partnerships, you will lead a team of Partner Solutions
Specialists and Partner Services Consultants focused on scaling partner-led growth for
emerging products, applications, and services. Your mission is to move partners from
access to impact—enabling them to sell broadly, prove customer value through execution
and outcomes, and mature into trusted, specialized partners.
You will own the partner enablement strategy, operating model, and execution cadence,
ensuring partners can effectively align with Sales, deliver customer success, and drive
sustainable pipeline growth. Working closely with senior leaders across Sales, Technical
Sales, and Partner Optimization, you will design programs that prioritize customer
outcomes, partner capability maturity, and measurable business results.
This is a hybrid role reporting to the Senior Director of Emerging Partnerships and
partnering closely with the Worldwide Sales organization supporting the Construction
    business in EMEA

    Partner Strategy & Leadership

    • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of Partner Solutions
    • Specialists and Partner Services Consultants, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and customer-centric execution
    • Define and execute a scalable partner enablement framework that supportsemerging offerings-balancing broad partner access with clear paths to specialization based on proven customer success.
    • Hold partners accountable for committing dedicated, qualified resources aligned to the defined partner framework, with continued participation and advancement tied to execution quality, pipeline contribution, and customer success.
    • Establish and track KPIs tied to partner maturity, including pipeline contribution, customer adoption, CSAT, and successful delivery outcomes. Ensure strong cross-functional alignment with Sales, Technical Sales, and Partner Programs to deliver a seamless partner and customer experience.
    • Identify and develop new partnership opportunities, ensuring the right capacity, capability, and coverage to meet regional growth objectives.

    Sales Execution & Forecasting

    • Own partner-driven pipeline visibility, forecast accuracy, and performance reporting across emerging solutions
    • Partner with Sales leadership to align partners to priority opportunities through joint planning, co-selling, and execution.
    • Provide strategic guidance in complex partner and customer engagements, enabling teams to demonstrate value beyond resale and build long-term trust.
    • Champion a "prove value to earn specialization" approach-using customer success as the primary signal for deeper partner investment.

    Minimum Qualifications:
    • Proven experience in sales leadership, business development, or partner management, preferably within the SaaS or Cloud industry.
    • Strong understanding of the construction industry and its challenges, with expertise in technology-driven solutions.
    • Experience managing and developing teams, with a track record of driving performance and business impact.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with partners and internal stakeholders.
    • Strategic mindset, with the ability to develop and execute partner programs that drive measurable results.
