About the Role:
The Product Manager, Data and Analytics is responsible for defining, evolving, and socializing the business value of Wiley Online Library and related services through a data-led lens. They develop new ideas grounded in quantitative and qualitative insight, identify platform and customer problems through data analysis, and make evidence-based recommendations on product value. They partner closely with relevant stakeholders to ensure consistent alignment with customer needs, data strategy, and operational efficiency. They represent the service both internally and externally, engaging with a wide range of colleague stakeholders and various customer groups.
The Product manager, Data and Analytics for Wiley Online Library translates data insights and business cases into requirements that benefit end-users, partners, and customers. They define success metrics, build measurement frameworks, and establish reporting practices that inform product decisions. As the primary point of contact for analytics, business intelligence, and engineering stakeholders, they ensure delivered features meet agreed scope and quality standards, and that solutions are scalable and instrumented for ongoing insight. They oversee features from discovery through development and testing, and sign off on the acceptance of delivered solutions.
Qualifications:
• Requires in-depth knowledge and experience, particularly in Product Management, data/analytics (tools like Power BI, Adobe Analytics)
• Uses best practices and knowledge of internal or external business issues to improve processes
• Solves complex problems; takes a new perspective using existing solutions
• Works independently, receives minimal guidance
• Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience

The range below represents Wiley's good faith and reasonable estimate of the base pay for this role at the time of posting roles either in the United Kingdom, Canada or USA. It is anticipated that most qualified candidates will fall within the range, however the ultimate salary offered for this role may be higher or lower and will be set based on a variety of non-discriminatory factors, including but not limited to, geographic location, skills, and competencies.
