Field Service Technician

Nordson Product Assembly, a global leader in leader in precision dispensing, fluid management, and related technologies, is seeking a highly motivated and talented Field Service Technician to join our team in Poland, preferable living in the central Poland: Warsawa/Bydgoszcz/Poznań /Łódź. Role and Responsibilities 

• You install and commission Nordson systems at customer sites
• You carry out preventive maintenance and repair Nordson equipment when required
• You troubleshoot technical issues and analyse faults within the customer’s production process
• You provide user instructions and training on our systems and applications
• You work closely with the After Market team, Sales, and Customer Project Engineers to identify opportunities for the sale of systems, spare parts, and maintenance contracts

Skills and Qualifications 

• A degree in electronical or mechatronics. A certificate in working with high voltage/wiring is required
• At least 3-5 years of relevant work experience in the fields of electrical engineering, hydraulics, mechanics, and pneumatics.
• Basic knowledge of PLC systems is desirable. You are also familiar with interpreting technical drawings.
• You hold a valid driver’s license.
• You have knowledge of MS Office.
• You speak fluent Polish and English. Knowledge of Czech would be an advantage

Travel 

• You will visit customers daily in Poland and are willing to stay overnight in hotels when necessary.
