We are looking for a talented individual to join our team as a Market Outreach Specialist! In this role, you will engage property owners, managers, and contractors to promote the Multifamily Focus on Energy Wisconsin program, guide participants through the enrollment process, and identify energy‑saving opportunities across multifamily buildings statewide. You will build strong relationships within the multifamily market, support contractors and Trade Allies, and collaborate across program teams to move projects forward. The ideal candidate is self‑driven, has excellent communication and reporting skills, and thrives in a dynamic environment that values respect, transparency, and accountability while advancing our mission of energy efficiency.

Here at CLEAResult, you will fit right in with our energetic team if you are resourceful, resilient, and kind.

For this opportunity, you’re a great fit if you can…

    • Conduct a high volume of inbound and outbound phone calls to property owners and customers, clearly explaining program requirements and guiding them through the full enrollment process.

    • Deliver strong customer service by addressing questions, navigating program nuances, and supporting customers and contractors through their energy upgrade process.

    • Maintain accurate records by updating trackers, logging all customer interactions, and managing organized lists of participants for timely follow‑up.

    • Recruit, train, educate, and develop relationships with contractors and other Trade Allies to encourage effective marketing of programs.

    • Assess multifamily buildings for energy‑efficiency opportunities, communicate those opportunities, and develop long‑term plans for pursuing those opportunities with building owners.

    • Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly activity reports and track progress toward program goals.

    • Work in cooperation with other energy‑efficiency programs to refer projects and keep them moving forward.

    • Work independently to meet call goals, manage follow‑up activities, and contribute to program enrollment through clear communication and sales‑oriented outreach.

    • Learn and use multiple software systems (including Microsoft Office and program‑specific tools) while staying self‑directed in understanding processes and program details.

    • Perform additional duties as assigned, as program needs evolve and new responsibilities arise.

In this exciting career opportunity, you will have…

    • Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
