    How you'll make an impact in this role

    Lead outpatient rehabilitation revenue cycle functions across the full revenue cycle continuum, including front-end, middle-cycle, and back-end operations, in partnership with operational, finance, treasury, net revenue, managed care, compliance, and revenue cycle leadership.

    • Manage outpatient rehabilitation revenue cycle performance goals and metrics across HOPD and ambulatory settings, including AR days, denials, DNFB, cash collections, payer trends, and billing performance.
    • Collaborate with treasury, net revenue, finance, managed care, operations, compliance, ADSI, and technology teams to optimize reimbursement, billing integrity, strategic pricing, charge capture, payer alignment, cash flow, and operational performance across outpatient rehabilitation services.
    • Assess outpatient rehabilitation revenue cycle operations and develop innovative approaches to reimbursement, denial management, patient access, payer relations, and operational challenges across HOPD and ambulatory rehabilitation environments.
    • Evaluate outpatient rehabilitation revenue cycle operations for quality, efficiency, cost effectiveness, regulatory compliance, and billing accuracy; ensure standardization and elimination of duplicative processes related to coding, documentation, charity care compliance, denial management, refunds, overpayments, release of information, and record retention.
    • Provide leadership and subject matter expertise related to outpatient rehabilitation revenue cycle workflows, including experience with Raintree revenue cycle management, HOPD and ambulatory rehabilitation billing operations, analytics and scorecard reporting, payer and plan mapping, series billing, charge correction workflows, and integration with enterprise financial and net revenue systems.

    What minimum qualifications you'll need

    Education:

    • High School diploma equivalency with 5 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 2 of those years being in leadership/management OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 3 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 2 of those years being in leadership/management.

    What additional requirements you'll need

    • Raintree RCM experience highly preferred.
