Aufgaben und Tätigkeiten:
Verantwortlich für die Neukundengewinnung in allen Segmenten und die Erfüllung der erforderlichen Verkaufs- und Umsatzziele, bei Kunden mit einem jährlichen Umsatz <100K.
Detaillierte Marktbeobachtung, Erkennen von Trends, Identifizierung von Wettbewerben und Weitergabe der Informationen an beteiligte Abteilungen (Marketing, Technik etc.) und die Führungsebene
Klare und strukturierte Dokumentation der Kundenaktivitäten und Kontaktdaten in SalesForce.com
Qualifikationen:
Abgeschlossene Meisterausbildung im Bereich Fahrzeuglackierung
Mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich Autoreparaturlacke
Schnelle Auffassungsgabe und Erkennen von Kundenbedürfnissen sowie eine umfassende Problemlösekompetenz
Hohes Maß an Selbstdisziplin und Eigenverantwortung
Responsible for new customer acquisition across all segments and meeting required sales and revenue targets for customers with annual revenue <100K.
Detailed market observation, recognizing trends, identifying competition and passing on the information to the departments involved (marketing, technology, etc.) and the management level
Clear and structured documentation of customer activities and contact information in SalesForce.com
Qualifications:
Completed master craftsman training in vehicle painting
At least 5 years of professional experience in the field of automotive refinishing
Quick comprehension and recognition of customer needs as well as comprehensive problem-solving skills
High degree of self-discipline and personal responsibility
Fluent knowledge of German, knowledge of English desired.
