    We are looking for a SAM Pro / SaaS License Management Specialist with strong ServiceNow experience to support software asset management, SaaS license optimization, integrations, and platform development.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Normalize and rationalize 18K+ software models, distinguishing applications from IT components.
    • Manage software entitlements, identify unused licenses, and drive license reclamation and cost savings.
    • Configure ServiceNow SaaS License Management and determine which SaaS applications should be tracked.
    • Build web gateway, SSO, and expense-data integrations to feed usage data into SaaS License Management.
    • Develop scheduled data feeds to the portfolio platform, replacing manual REST-based data pulls.
    • Implement application attributes such as criticality, purpose, and data classification.
    • Configure owner attestation and promotion workflows.
    • Build and maintain CMDB Health dashboards and reporting.
    • Partner with stakeholders to improve software governance, data quality, and license optimization.

    Required Skills

    • Hands-on experience with ServiceNow SAM Pro / Software Asset Management and SaaS License Management.
    • Experience with software model normalization, entitlements, license reclamation, and SaaS application tracking.
    • ServiceNow platform development and integration experience.
    • Strong knowledge of IntegrationHub, REST/Table API, and Flow Designer.
    • Experience building integrations and scheduled data feeds.
    • CIS-SAM certification preferred/strongly desired.
    • CSA (Certified System Administrator) certification preferred.
