The Senior Manager of Strategy for the Allergan Aesthetics Technology organization is responsible for shaping the strategy for Allergan Aesthetics' portfolio of customer- and consumer-facing technology products, platforms, and experiences that serve aesthetic providers, practices, and consumers across category-leading brands including BOTOX® Cosmetic, the JUVÉDERM® Collection of Fillers, SkinMedica®, and Allē, our consumer loyalty platform. This individual contributor role reports to the Associate Director of Strategy and UX Research.

Working at the intersection of business strategy and technology product strategy, this role partners with Allergan Aesthetic commercial leaders across marketing, sales and more to evaluate strategic opportunities, prioritize investments, and shape the future direction of Allergan Aesthetics' customer- and consumer-facing technology portfolio. The successful candidate will combine strategic thinking with rigorous quantitative analysis, financial modeling, and data-driven problem solving to solve complex business problems, develop business cases and financial models, analyze large datasets, evaluate market opportunities, and provide recommendations that inform product, technology, and business decisions.

The ideal candidate has a background in management consulting, product strategy, technology strategy, or corporate strategy and enjoys solving ambiguous business problems through structured thinking, analytical rigor, and data-driven decision making.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop portfolio recommendations by balancing customer value, commercial impact, strategic fit, and investment tradeoffs across strategic commercial initiatives.
    • Evaluate strategic investment opportunities across the technology portfolio, including new product capabilities, platform enhancements, partnerships, acquisitions, and build-versus-buy decisions.
    • Structure ambiguous business problems and develop data-driven recommendations using rigorous quantitative analysis.
    • Conduct detailed analysis of revenue streams and customer data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
    • Translate large, complex datasets into actionable strategic insights that influence product investment, roadmap prioritization, and commercial decisions.
    • Build business cases, financial models, market assessments, and strategic recommendations to support executive decision-making.
    • Develop executive-level presentations that communicate insights and recommendations to senior leadership (e.g., cross-functional VP and above).
    • Partner with Product, Technology, Marketing, Sales, Finance, Medical, and Operations to define strategy and drive key initiatives.
