The Training Coordinator II plays a key role in supporting Epic education through functional ownership of training registration and scheduling, Learning Management System (LMS) administration, ServiceNow intake and triage, training analytics, and process documentation. Serving as a primary point of contact for internal and external customers, this role ensures timely, accurate resolution of training‑related inquiries while delivering consistent, dependable support for Epic end users, operational partners, and affiliated staff. The ideal candidate brings Workday Learning (LMS) administration experience, strong data reporting and analytical skills, and excellent problem‑solving abilities, contributing to efficient training operations and a positive learner experience across the organization.

Provides team support as initial contact for information, guidance and clarification on training course registration; develops and maintains the master training schedules.
Job Responsibilities and Requirements:
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Partners with both the Electronic Health Record (EHR) Training Manager and Lead to establish performance standards and objectives for ongoing coaching, mentoring and development of the Training Coordinator. Participates in the ongoing effort to continuously improve EHR Training Department operations and service delivery.
- Assists the EHR Manager and Lead with project management for small projects by maintaining project plans; ensuring adherence to timelines, and monitoring progress through data and analytics.
- Collaborates with the EHR Training Manager and Lead to determine resource needs and develop a course schedule. Coordinates coverage for the Training Coordinators across project and team tasks. Monitors equipment usage and assists with coordinating ongoing training equipment maintenance.
- Serves as the initial contact for internal and external customers seeking information, guidance, and clarification on EHR Training course registration. Triages incoming phone calls, emails and eHelp tickets efficiently, delegates them appropriately, escalates issues when necessary, and follows up in a professional and timely manner.
- Builds and designs evaluations/surveys. Monitors training data and analytics, producing reports for leadership.
- Maintains and updates Learning Management System (LMS). Serves as a subject matter expert for the LMS in the areas of training content, registration and scheduling needs.
- Uses the ServiceNow system to support customer needs and issues as it may relate to training registration and scheduling, access, provisioning and overall EHR Training Department tasks and initiatives. Designs and maintains ServiceNow processes and procedures.
- Orders supplies and maintains supply stock for the department. Processes all purchase orders and invoices for the department.
- Provides training and instruction for the EHR Training Department for coordination processes, the Learning Management System, and office equipment. Facilitates ongoing communication with the EHR Training Department, operational partners and the EHR application teams. Creates and maintains process documentation.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION
- High School diploma/GED or 10 years of work experience

- Frequent lifting/carrying and pushing/pulling objects weighing 0-25 lbs.
- Frequent sitting, standing, walking, reaching and repetitive foot/leg and hand/arm movements.
- Frequent use of vision and depth perception for distances near (20 inches or less) and far (20 feet or more) and to identify and distinguish colors.
- Frequent use of hearing and speech to share information through oral communication. Ability to hear alarms, malfunctioning machinery, etc.
- Frequent keyboard use/data entry.
- Occasional bending, stooping, kneeling, squatting, twisting and gripping.
- Occasional lifting/carrying and pushing/pulling objects weighing 25-50 lbs.
- Rare climbing.
