    Position Summary:

    As a DMV Operations Specialist, you will be a member of the title & registration team, with responsibilities including:

    • Having 50 state DMV knowledge related to title and registration processing adhering to multi-state compliance

    • Oversee workflows appropriately including but not limited to assigning tasks to processors adhering to business SLA’s and performing quality reviews

    • Partner with internal and external customers to create  efficiencies leading to increased production or reducing operating costs

    • Full understanding of all operations processes and being able to complete tasks as required 

    • Maintaining and influencing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency and effectiveness

    • Upholding the company's non-disclosure and confidentiality policies and agreements

    What You’ll Need:

    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required

    • 1+ years experience with DMV operations within the automotive industry

    • Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn an array of computer software

    • Effective communication skills via any means with individuals of any level internally and externally

    • Exceptional customer service skills

    • Team player and listener

    • Strong consultative skills

    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

    • Outstanding organizational and leadership skills

    • Ability to efficiently work from a home office environment

    • Knowledge of automobile terminology and purchase and sale documentation

    Physical Requirements:

    General office (including home office) environment requiring ability to:

    • Sit for extended periods of time

    • Clearly speak and listen to others in person, via computerized virtual meetings and over the phone

    • Type using a keyboard and read from computer screen and reports

    Additional Details

    The base pay range for this position is expected in the range below:

    $40,000 - $78,000

    Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including location, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a target bonus and restricted stock units (as applicable) in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as PTO and parental leave). Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.

    If hired, employees will be in an “at-will position” and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
