    Job Summary:

    The Senior Manager, DSNP Product Operations provides end‑to‑end operational leadership for DSNP products, ensuring regulatory compliance, scalability, and readiness across markets and plan years, translating DSNP strategy into executable operations through cross‑functional partnership, performance oversight, and continuous improvement.

    Essential Functions:
    • Leads end-to-end DSNP product operations, ensuring operational readiness, scalability, and compliance across markets and plan years.
    • Owns operational execution for DSNP benefit configuration, eligibility, enrollment, and downstream system integrations.
    • Partners closely with Product, IT, Compliance, and Clinical teams to translate DSNP strategy into executable operational processes.
    • Oversees operational impacts of CMS guidance, state requirements, and dual integration models (e.g., aligned enrollment, MMP transitions).
    • Drives continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, accuracy, and member/provider experience.
    • Establishes and monitors KPIs, SLAs, and operational risk indicators related to DSNP performance.
    • Provides senior-level oversight of issue management, root cause analysis, and corrective action plans.
    • Supports annual bid and mid-year change implementation from an operational execution perspective.
    • Leads and develops high-performing teams, fostering accountability, cross-functional collaboration, and operational excellence.
    • Serves as an operational subject matter expert for DSNP during audits, readiness reviews, and executive reporting.
    • Facilitate and drive Leadership Stakeholder meetings
    • Manages team supporting operational oversight of vendor delegated for supplemental Food/OTC/Flex cards
    • Perform any other job related duties as requested.

    Education and Experience:
    • Bachelor's degree in project management, Business, Computer Science or related field required
    • Equivalent years of relevant work experience may be accepted in lieu of required education
    • Seven (7) years DSNP Product Experience required
    • Five (5) years Working with CMS and State Requirements required
    • Five (5) years Leading DSNP Operational Initiatives required
    Competencies, Knowledge and Skills:
    • Excellent proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, including Project, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Visio, Teams, Outlook, etc.
    • Experience working in project management software is required
    • Demonstrates excellent analysis and reporting skills
    • Excellent decision making/problem solving skills
    • Exceptional interpersonal and relationship building skills
    • Excellent critical listening and thinking skills
    • Proven ability to effectively interact with all levels of the organization of management within and externally to the organization
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

    • Ability to proactively, effectively and efficiently lead a project team of 20+ core members and multiple vendors
    • Experience managing a project of up to $10M+ in budget
    • Proven ability to prioritize work and team assignments to deliver projects on time, on budget, and meeting stakeholders expectations
    • Demonstrates a sense of urgency
    • Deep understanding of project management processes, techniques and tools, and development lifecycle (ideally Agile)
    • Strong experience in the healthcare payer industry and knowledge of Medicaid and Medicare

    Compensation Range:

    $113,000.00 - $197,700.00

In addition to base compensation, you may qualify for a bonus tied to company and individual performance.
