What This Person Will Do & The Impact They’ll Have
This role oversees four teams, with preference given to candidates who live in East Tennessee and who have worked directly within the CHOICES program. In addition, experience providing care coordination to persons receiving long-term care and/or home and community based services is essential for this role.
Their mission will include:
Leading, supporting, and developing four teams to succeed both at the enterprise level and within each team’s unique culture
Strengthening morale, engagement, and accountability
Ensuring operational excellence through consistent processes, reporting, and communication
Serving as a connector between teams and other departments to ensure alignment and collaboration
Driving performance, quality, and continuous improvement across all teams
The impact is both strategic and cultural as this manager will shape how teams operate, how they feel, and how effectively they deliver results.
