    Requirements:
  1. Minimum 3 years of demonstrable Node.js experience, building intricate backend systems
  2. Demonstrable creative problem-solving ability
  3. Ability to quickly learn complex systems and new technologies
  4. Working knowledge of system architecture and database design
  5. Know-how dealing with building and maintaining complex event-driven systems
  6. Demonstrable experience with both SQL and NoSQL databases
  7. Ability to build highly performant APIs to power data visualizations
  8. Experience dealing with scalability requirements and performance improvements
  9. Ability to collaborate well with others
  10. Startup experience as a plus
  11. Strong communication skills
  12. Prior experience with Continuous Integration and test-driven development as a plus
