We are seeking an AI & Sales Automation Product Manager to lead technical implementations and develop automation solutions that streamline CRM administration work. This role will partner with operations and enablement teams to build data-driven AI automation solutions.
Serving as an agile product manager, this role will translate business needs and user feedback into specific requirements and Jira stories for AI automation, primarily for the Salesforce platform and connected systems. Responsibilities include identifying process improvements, coordinating User Acceptance Testing (UAT), managing data consolidation efforts, and assisting with the rollout of AI features. Success will be measured by solution adoption, efficient solution development, and the reduction of manual administrative efforts.
In addition, the role will include occasional development tasks for simple AI and workflow automations, such as automating spreadsheet updates and reporting tasks.
Manage the implementation and roll-out of new business processes, Salesforce solutions, and AI initiatives.
Design integration and automation flows that reduce effort, consolidate platform actions, and improve data analysis for sellers.
Create and maintain a product roadmap for assigned internal products.
Maintain a deep understanding of AI model capabilities, and relevant third party AI tools.
Gather, understand, and document business requirements, and write IT Agile development Jira stories for Salesforce and automation initiatives.
Coordinate and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) in sandbox environments and manage technical testing schedules.
Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to consolidate data sources and troubleshoot integration issues between platforms.
Maintain project and product documentation and build trusted relationships with technical SMEs, extended IT teams, and sales operations leaders.
Ensure all AI deployments and automation workflows adhere to internal data privacy standards, security protocols, and responsible AI usage guidelines when handling sensitive internal and customer CRM data.
Act as a hands-on developer for simple automation tasks.
Good Product Management skills, including effectively prioritizing feature and solution development, scheduling tasks, writing Jira stories, building a product roadmap, and communicating project status and goals.
Ability to stay apprised of developing technologies, such as AI, Machine Learning, and conversational intelligence, and apply them to modernize business processes.
Outstanding analytical skills with the ability to consolidate data and troubleshoot issues.
Demonstrated technical aptitude and ability to engage closely with architects, developers, and technical SMEs.
Continuous evaluation of sales processes to remove administrative burdens through digital automation and AI.
Ability to quickly adapt to new requirements and maintain working relationships with intra-organization groups.
Familiarity with data visualization and warehousing platforms such as Tableau and Snowflake a plus.
Familiarity with basic coding and simple automations (e.g., Google AppScript, Python, basic API integrations) a plus.
Salesforce platform experience (Required).
Strong understanding of the sales/CRM process.
Target Base Salary Range: $80,000 - $90,000 USD

1+ years of direct experience in product management, sales support, or overseeing the development of software solutions.
Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, or a related field preferred
