We’re hiring a Regional Director of Sales to lead growth across Western Canada — driving revenue, strengthening client partnerships, and building a high-performing sales team within our Remote Services division.
What You'll Do
Drive Growth & Market Strategy
- Lead the development and execution of regional sales and business development strategies
- Deliver on revenue, profitability, and growth targets across the Western Remote Services portfolio
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities while expanding existing client relationships
- Establish clear sales targets, budgets, and account strategies that strengthen market position
Build Strategic Client Partnerships
- Develop and maintain relationships with key enterprise clients across the region
- Expand existing partnerships and increase share of wallet
- Act as a trusted advisor, supporting long-term client growth and retention
- Represent Dexterra in industry networks and client forums
Lead a High-Performing Team
- Coach, mentor, and develop a sales and business development team
- Establish KPIs and drive accountability across pipeline management and forecasting
- Foster a culture of performance, learning, and continuous improvement
- Support succession planning and team capability development
Enable Strong Execution & Collaboration
- Align sales efforts with operations, estimating, and marketing teams
- Stay actively engaged in key pursuits and major opportunities
- Identify and mitigate risks across the client portfolio
- Drive consistency in sales processes, tools, and reporting
