You’ll collaborate with system administrators, change managers, and cross-functional stakeholders to maintain system integrity, support operations, and drive continuous improvement.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working across multiple systems, improving how things operate, and enabling others to do their best work through reliable, well-managed technology.

    What You'll Do

    Application & System Support

    · Monitor assigned business applications and integrations to ensure stable performance and successful execution of system tasks.

    · Support multiple systems concurrently by performing standard BAU activities such as user setup, permission adjustments, and routine maintenance, ensuring consistent processes, documentation, and user experience across platforms.

    · Manage ticket queues, troubleshoot and resolve user issues, and escalate as needed to maintain service quality.

    · Work with system owners and technical leads to assess new releases and configure enhancements.

    Requirements, Testing & Documentation

    · Translate business needs into detailed requirements, specifications, and test plans.

    · Document system processes, workflows, and operational procedures to support long-term sustainability.

    Cross-Functional Collaboration

    · Partner with business and technical teams to facilitate clear communication, manage expectations, and ensure timely issue resolution.

    · Support the preparation of reports, slide decks, and other materials for governance and change-management forums.

    Change Management & Process Improvement

    · Administer change request tracking (including Smartsheet database management) and support governance workflows.

    · Contribute to change-management activities, such as drafting communications, creating training materials, documenting new processes, and assessing change impacts and risks.

    · Identify opportunities to streamline processes, improve system efficiency, and enhance the user experience.

    · Assist in developing project plans and change-management plans for system and process initiatives.

    Team Culture & Innovation

    · Support a collaborative environment that encourages continuous learning and innovation within the technology team.

    · Contribute to developing and implementing firm-approved, AI-enabled solutions for clients, in accordance with company policies on data protection, intellectual property, and professional standards.

    · Stay informed about emerging AI tools and techniques and collaborate with firm leadership to identify compliant opportunities to enhance client solutions and internal processes.

    What You'll Bring

    · 3-5 years’ experience supporting multiple enterprise systems in a system administration, systems analyst, or application support role (HRIS, Finance, CRM, PSA, T&E).

    · Hands-on experience troubleshooting user issues using ticketing systems (InvGate preferred) and structured support processes, and performing core system administration activities (user setup, permissions, configuration, maintenance).

    · Experience working across multiple systems simultaneously, with the ability to independently prioritize and manage competing requests and system support tasks.

    · Strong documentation skills, including experience creating process documentation, workflows, or standard operating procedures.

    · Experience working with business stakeholders across functions such as HR, Finance, and Operations.

    · Understanding of data security and access management principles.

    · Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-through.

    · Clear communication skills and the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

    · Comfort with AI: Demonstrated ability to responsibly explore and adopt firm-approved AI tools to enhance productivity and innovation.

    · Continuous Learning Mindset: Openness to learning and applying emerging technologies including AI and automation in alignment with firm policies and client standards.

    · Customer-focused mindset with a desire to improve systems, processes, and user experience.

    · Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative, and cross-functional environment.

    · Openness to a hybrid work environment.

    Qualifications

    · Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

    · Experience supporting more than one enterprise system (not limited to a single platform).

    · Demonstrated ability to independently manage system support tasks and priorities.
