This role is tailored for a Staff Product Manager to spearhead the evolution of JumpCloud's Single Sign-On (SSO) and Identity Integrations into a next-generation identity platform. You will lead the transition from traditional passwords to a biometric-first, AI-governed authentication ecosystem, while simultaneously maturing our automated provisioning landscape through deep SCIM and protocol-level innovation.
As the Staff Product Manager for SSO & Next-Gen Identity, you will own the combined strategy for SSO/JumpCloud GO, our flagship phishing-resistant, passwordless login solution, and our comprehensive Integration Catalog. Your mission is to eliminate "password fatigue" via device-native biometrics (Apple Touch ID, Windows Hello) while simultaneously pioneering the governance of Agentic AI—treating autonomous AI agents as first-class digital identities within our directory. Crucially, you will serve as the strategic architect for our SCIM and SSO integrations—building an enabler framework that ensures JumpCloud is the official, preferred IdP for all service provider applications.
Passwordless Innovation: Scale JumpCloud Go™ to provide seamless, hardware-protected access to all web resources, integrating deeply with TPMs and Secure Enclaves.
Agentic AI & Automated Provisioning: Define how organizations "onboard" and govern AI agents and human users alike. You will weave SCIM (System for Cross-domain Identity Management) into the core identity strategy, treating automated provisioning as a first-class requirement for both client and server integrations.
Strategic Integration Leadership: You will identify new integration opportunities and establish deep, official partnerships with Service Providers to ensure robust, standard-compliant (SAML/OIDC/SCIM) connectivity. You will build the frameworks to ensure every autonomous agent has a verifiable identity, clear access boundaries, and full auditability
Intelligent IT Operations: Partner with engineering to enhance our AI Admin Assistant and AI-driven search, enabling IT admins to manage complex SSO, MFA, and SCIM provisioning policies through natural language and automated workflows.
Standardization Leadership: Represent JumpCloud in global forums like the OpenID Foundation to shape the standards for AI agent authentication, interoperability, and the future of identity provisioning protocols.
Visionary Roadmap Ownership: Develop and maintain the short and long-term vision for SSO and Identity Integrations. Stay abreast of industry shifts to ensure our catalog and capabilities remains the most robust, competitive, and accurate in the IAM market.
Enabling Cross-Functional Excellence: Act as the technical SME for SSO and SCIM across the organization. Instead of direct troubleshooting, you will create the documentation, tools, and frameworks that enable Product Marketing, Sales, and Support to successfully manage the go-to-market and lifecycle of our integrations.
Core Directory & SaaS Foundation: Your work sits at the heart of the JumpCloud platform. By managing SSO and SCIM, you are building the connective tissue between our core directory and the global SaaS ecosystem, ensuring that identity remains the primary perimeter for every application an organization consumes.
Unified Endpoint Management (UEM): Your passwordless strategy will tie cloud identities directly to local device accounts on macOS, Windows, and Linux for a true "power-on to productivity" experience.
Identity Governance (IGA): You will use AI to reveal "Shadow AI" usage, bringing hidden machine identities under centralized governance and compliance reporting.
Security & Compliance: By replacing passwords with biometrics, you will help our MSP partners reduce help desk costs and improve security postures for over 200,000 organizations
Experience: 6+ years in Product Management, with specific expertise in FIDO2/WebAuthn, SAML, OIDC, and SCIM (from both a client and server perspective).
AI Fluency: An understanding of the identity requirements for LLMs and autonomous agents; ability to manage probabilistic AI systems alongside deterministic security protocols.
Technical Depth & Vision: Ability to understand identity solutions at a deep, protocol level while maintaining a "ruthless prioritization" mindset at the macro level.
