As a Provider Talent Sourcer (contract), you will play a critical role in identifying, attracting, and engaging high-quality clinical talent to support Teladoc Health’s growing provider workforce. You will focus on building strong pipelines of qualified healthcare providers through proactive sourcing, creative outreach strategies, market research, professional networks, and talent communities.

Partnering closely with Provider Recruiters and Talent Acquisition leadership, you will help develop sourcing strategies aligned with hiring priorities and ensure a consistent flow of qualified provider talent. By combining creativity, persistence, market insight, and a passion for connecting with people, you will help Teladoc Health scale its provider workforce and deliver high-quality virtual care.

This is a remote, contract opportunity and is open to candidates located anywhere within the U.S.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Proactively identify, source, and engage qualified healthcare providers through a variety of sourcing channels and creative outreach strategies.
• Build and maintain robust pipelines of provider talent to support current hiring needs and anticipated future demand.
• Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, resume databases, professional associations, healthcare networks, job boards, internal databases, referrals, and other sourcing tools to identify prospective candidates.
• Develop creative sourcing strategies to reach passive provider talent, including physicians, nurse practitioners, therapists, and other clinical professionals.
• Conduct initial outreach and exploratory conversations with prospective candidates to assess interest, basic qualifications, and alignment with available opportunities.
• Create personalized and compelling candidate outreach that effectively communicates Teladoc Health’s provider opportunities and value proposition.
• Partner closely with Provider Recruiters to understand hiring priorities, provider profiles, geographic or licensing requirements, and evolving business needs.
• Develop and maintain talent pools for high-volume, difficult-to-fill, and future provider hiring needs.
• Maintain consistent follow-up and engagement with prospective candidates to convert passive talent into active applicants.
• Track sourcing activity, candidate engagement, pipeline progress, and conversion metrics to evaluate sourcing effectiveness.

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of demonstrated recruiting, talent sourcing, or talent acquisition experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven track record of successfully identifying and engaging talent across varying levels and/or disciplines.
• Demonstrated experience using creative sourcing techniques to identify and attract passive candidates.
• Strong experience with proactive candidate outreach, networking, and relationship building.
• Ability to independently develop and execute sourcing strategies based on hiring needs and talent availability.
• Experience utilizing applicant tracking systems, sourcing platforms, resume databases, and other recruiting technologies.
• Strong research skills with the ability to identify new talent pools, sourcing channels, and candidate populations.
• Ability to manage a high volume of prospective candidates and sourcing activity while remaining organized and responsive.
• Strong work ethic, integrity, persistence, and personal accountability.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage passive candidates.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accurate candidate documentation and activity tracking.
• Ability to adapt within a fast-paced, continually evolving environment while demonstrating strong time management skills and a sense of urgency.

Preferred Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience using Workday Recruiting.
• Experience sourcing healthcare providers or licensed clinical professionals.
• Experience supporting high-volume provider recruitment.
• Experience sourcing physicians, nurse practitioners, behavioral health providers, or other difficult-to-find clinical talent.
• Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and other advanced sourcing platforms or resume databases.
• Experience sourcing candidates based on state licensure, specialty, clinical experience, or other specific provider requirements.

The hourly rate for this position is $35-55 based on location.

We follow a Flexible Vacation Policy, intended for rest, relaxation, and personal time. All time off must be approved by your manager prior to use. You will also receive 80 hours of Paid Sick, Safe, and Caregiver Leave annually. This applies to full-time positions only.
