    Responsibilities
  1. Manage RDBMS and NoSQL solutions
  2. Ensure database performance, scalability, high availability, and disaster recovery across environments deployed on bare-metal servers and virtual machines
  3. Implement and manage replication сhains, partitioning / sharding, backups
  4. Assist development teams in creating, optimizing, and problem solving with RDBMS and NoSQL solutions
  5. Troubleshooting
  6. Drive automation using Terraform, Puppet, and custom tooling for infrastructure and database lifecycle management
    7. Qualifications
  7. 5+ years of experience as a Database Administrator
  8. Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Technology, or a related field of study
  9. Expert-level experience with at least one of MySQL, PostgreSQL
  10. Familiarity with other RDBMS or NoSQL solutions
  11. Strong knowledge of SQL (DDL, DML, DCL)
  12. Experience with AWS or GCP cloud platforms
  13. Proficiency in Linux
  14. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders
  15. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  16. English language proficiency at B2 level or higher
    17. A plus if:
  17. Experience in scripting, automation, and Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) tools (e.g., Terraform, Puppet, Bash/Python)
  18. Team management experience
  19. Familiarity with observability tools like Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana, or Zabbix
