    The Role

    The Senior Consultant will lead Application Management Services (AMS) and deployment projects for Workday clients in China. This role focuses on designing, implementing, and supporting Workday integrations with local payroll vendors and other downstream applications, ensuring compliance with regional regulations and seamless operational delivery.

    Responsibilities

    • Manage Workday integration deployments and AMS support for clients in China.
    • Design, build, and maintain integrations with local payroll providers and statutory reporting systems.
    • Collaborate with HR, Finance, and IT stakeholders to ensure accurate data flow across Workday and external applications.
    • Provide technical leadership during deployment projects, including requirement gathering, solution design, and testing.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, ensuring SLA adherence for AMS clients.
    • Stay updated on local compliance requirements and vendor capabilities to advise clients effectively.
    • Deliver documentation, training, and knowledge transfer to client teams.

    Requirements

    • Strong expertise in Workday integrations (Core Connectors, Studio, PECI, EIB).
    • Proven experience managing AMS and deployment clients.
    • Hands‑on knowledge of China payroll vendor integrations and statutory reporting requirements.
    • Ability to design scalable, compliant integration solutions for downstream systems (finance, benefits, time tracking).
    • Excellent problem‑solving and client‑facing communication skills.
    • Fluency in Mandarin and English; Cantonese is a plus.
    • 7+ years of Workday consulting or HRIS integration experience.
