Do you want to build a strong FP&A foundation while gaining broad exposure to how a business plans, reports, and performs?

Grant Street Group is a growing software and electronic payments company. Our Finance team supports the business through accurate reporting, thoughtful analysis, and strong planning processes. We are looking for a Financial Analyst to help keep those processes running smoothly and to grow into broader business-partnering responsibilities over time.

In this role, you will own core recurring workflows, support monthly and annual planning cycles, and work with internal stakeholders to deliver timely, accurate, and useful financial insight. This is a great opportunity for someone who is analytical, organized, detail-oriented, and excited to learn the business through hands-on FP&A work.

    What you'll do
  1. Support forecasts, budgets, reports, and variance analysis across revenue, expenses, and cash

  2. Lead recurring monthly meetings for assigned departments and help translate business activity into forecast updates and variance analysis

  3. Maintain strong data quality through the monthly close and reporting cycle, including flowing actuals into financial models and recurring reports

  4. Support executive reporting and other ad hoc analysis

  5. Support the annual budget process by building and maintaining planning templates, partnering with stakeholders, and analyzing historical trends

  6. Contribute to improvements in FP&A systems, workflows, and reporting processes, including utilization of AI

  7. What makes you a good fit

    You should have:

  8. A bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field

  9. 2–4 years of experience in FP&A, accounting, finance, or a similar analytical role

  10. Strong Excel and Google Sheets skills, including experience working with large datasets, formulas, and summary reporting

  11. Experience with financial modeling, financial reporting, or planning support

  12. Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines

  13. Clear written and verbal communication skills

  14. A collaborative mindset, strong follow-through, and a willingness to learn from teammates and business partners

  15. Curiosity and a desire to improve recurring work over time

  16. What you'll love about this role
  17. Broad exposure to how FP&A supports decision-making across the business

  18. A hands-on role across forecasting, budgeting, reporting, and analysis

  19. The chance to build a strong FP&A foundation while partnering with experienced teammates

  20. Visibility into total company financial performance

  21. Meaningful ownership of recurring processes that keep the finance team operating effectively

  22. Clear growth potential into broader planning, reporting, and business-partnering responsibilities over time

  23. Provides cloud-based payment, taxation, and auction software for government and financial institutions.
