    The Impact You’ll Make in this Role

    As a National Account Marketing Manager, you will play a critical role in shaping and executing strategies that elevate our presence across acute and government markets. You’ll bring curiosity, strategic thinking, and cross‑functional partnership to drive meaningful impact across the MedSurg portfolio. In this role, you will: Here, you will make an impact by:

      • Design and execute strategies, programs, tradeshows, educational events, digital campaigns, and new product launches for acute and government settings—including GPO and IDN key accounts—across the full MedSurg Product Portfolio.
      • Partner with area teams to deliver insights on local market dynamics, product performance, competitive intelligence, and emerging trends that shape business decisions.

      • Work closely with cross‑functional teams—including product marketing, local sales, clinical, and channel teams—to advance a cohesive omni‑channel strategy that meets or exceeds the operating plan. Lead strategy activation and build a feedback loop to ensure strong execution at the local level.

      • Communicate effectively across internal local/area functions in a remote, international environment, and engage externally with agencies, channel partners, and customers to drive alignment and support key initiatives.

    Your Skills and Expertise 

    To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s Degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution AND 8 years of medical marketing or sales related experience.
    • Deep knowledge of national account marketing, Group Purchasing Organizations and/or IDN's

    Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

    • Strategic mindset, prioritization and analytical skills, problem-solving capability
    • Deep knowledge of the acute continuum of care and integrated delivery networks
    • At least 2 years of sales or marketing experience to government entities
    • Experience leading cross-functional teams to develop and execute programs and projects aligned with the vision, strategy, and priorities
    • Strong collaboration, interpersonal, and communication skills with ability to influence in a matrix environment
    • Proactive, self-starter, and comfortable with ambiguity
    • Healthcare experience in Canada

    Work location:

    • Remote in the USA

    Travel: May include up to 15% domestic

    Relocation Assistance: May be authorized

    Applicable to US Applicants Only:The expected compensation range for this position is $143,200 - $196,900, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and/or experience. In addition, this position may be eligible for a range of benefits (e.g., Medical, Dental & Vision, Health Savings Accounts, Health Care & Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts, Disability Benefits, Life Insurance, Voluntary Benefits, Paid Absences and Retirement Benefits, etc.).
