    About the Role

    We are looking for a motivated Assistant Project Manager to support the delivery of international technology and data collection projects. This is an excellent opportunity for students, recent graduates, and early-career professionals who want to start building a career in project management.

    You will work closely with the project team and management, helping with planning, coordination, progress tracking, and reporting. No previous project management experience is required — we are looking for strong organizational skills, curiosity, and a willingness to learn.

    Key Responsibilities
  1. Support project planning, execution, and reporting
  2. Assist with defining project timelines, tasks, and deliverables
  3. Coordinate with project teams, testers, and evaluators
  4. Track project progress and follow up on tasks and deadlines
  5. Help identify risks, issues, and potential delays
  6. Maintain project documentation, reports, and data
  7. Communicate project updates to team members and management
  8. Support the Project Manager with day-to-day project activities
  9. Help ensure tasks are completed on time and aligned with project goals
    10. Requirements
  10. Strong organizational and communication skills
  11. Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
  12. Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn new tools and systems
  13. Experience with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail, etc.)
  14. Comfortable working with and processing large data sets
  15. Proficiency with AI tools and openness to leveraging them in daily work
  16. Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
  17. Willingness to learn and develop project management skills
    18. Languages
  18. English (at least B2) – required
  19. Ukrainian (native) – required
  20. Additional languages – a plus
