Spreetail is seeking a Senior Ecommerce Account Manager – Native Mandarin to fuel the next stage of growth for our China-based brands business — a line already posting triple-digit growth. As a key partner at Spreetail, you'll manage fulfillment across multiple marketplaces, structure competitive agreements, and advise brands on long-term growth strategies. If you're strategic, bilingual, and want to help scale a business line on a serious hot streak, this role is for you.
    How you will achieve success:
  1. Unlock the full GMV potential of every brand you manage by building smart, competitive fulfillment contract models — using market insights to spot real opportunities and drive triple-digit impact.
  2. Turn ambitious brand goals into a clear playbook, then rally teams, peers, and brand leaders to execute that strategy at every touchpoint.
  3. Own account health end to end — tracking on-time delivery, inventory accuracy, customer satisfaction, forecasting, and sales daily, and moving fast to keep brands winning.
  4. Build strong relationships with business leaders at every level, lead brand communications, and deliver projects with precision — always going above and beyond for a best-in-class brand experience.
  5. Drive brand reporting that actually moves the needle: lead calls, track open items, push follow-ups, and run weekly business reviews that close gaps and keep results on track.
  6. What experiences will help you in this role:
  7. Native Mandarin speaker with full English fluency — you move seamlessly between languages and cultures, translating not just words but strategy for Mandarin-speaking brands.
  8. Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Project Management, or Client Services.
  9. 5–6+ years managing e-commerce clients with net sales exceeding $20 million annually, ideally including brands importing from China — you know how to turn big accounts into bigger wins.
  10. A track record of thriving in fast-paced, high-stakes environments, confidently engaging everyone from C-level executives to support teams.
  11. Sharp independent and team leadership skills, creative problem-solving instincts, and standout writing, phone, and presentation abilities — with a relentless focus on delivering results on time, every time.
  12. In an effort to Make Spreetail Better, we hire people that are aligned with our values and are passionate about pursuing ecommerce excellence. We believe the right person can learn what is needed to succeed in their role, so we encourage job applicants to apply even if you don't meet all the qualifications listed. We are looking for diverse backgrounds and perspectives, so we don’t require college degrees and welcome non-linear career paths. If this role highlights your experience and gets you excited – please apply!
