How you'll make an impact in this role

Collect, abstractsand report on data collected from patient medical records.

• Identify cases diagnosed and/or treated by referencing primary and secondary sources of information, including the patient’s medical/treatment record, pathology reports, and diagnostic indices.
• Abstract reportable registry data and coordinate the long-term follow up data collection and input for registry patients.
• Assign medical record codes and enter them into the registry database according to established protocol.
• Submit registry data in compliance with the regulatory requirements and timeframes.
• Review registry data for completeness and accuracy, and perform follow-up using additional data sources as necessary.

What minimum qualifications you'll need

Education:

• High School diploma equivalency and 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.

What additional requirements you'll need

• Previous healthcare experience highly preferred.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
